POLICIES OF THE COMPANY SWISSRAFT-PERÚ

1. Tariffs:

The tariffs express in American dollars and can have changes without previous notice. The tariff is for person and the tours offers in shared service (sic).
The tariffs have the taxes included for foreign not resident tourists in the Perú, for national or foreign resident tourists in Peru one was adding 19 % of IGV for the services of housing. All the reservations (reserves) will have to be paid 100 % with 30 days anticipated (advanced) to the beginning of the programs or services that have reserved.

2. Itinerary:

Swissraft-Perú saves himself the right to do changes or modifications without previous notice in the order of the excursions or trips, because of climatic conditions, hour of I arrive, divided (departed) from planes or buses, or for another important reason, but always to drink and to guarantee the best service for our client. Without this is a motive for indemnifying our client. 3. Cancellations and Refund:

If a cancellation is received, it includes 30 to 16 days before the date indicated for the program, tour or service, the refund is in 50 % of the total cost of the program.
If a cancellation is realized from 15 to 7 days before the from date of the program, the punishment will be 75 % of the total cost of the program. Of 7 to 1 day previous to the program or will grant no refund.
They can interrupt or cancel for climatic reasons or other one out of the control of the hotels some services, suppliers or air lines it was not reimbursing itself for these cancellations or interruptions. During May to August (high season) our company reserves the right to alter the policies of cancellation, if our suppliers apply diverse punishment indicated previously.

4. Punishment:

30 to 16 days previous to the program ... 50 % of the total cost of the program.
15 to 7 days previous to the program.... 75 % of the total cost of the program.
07 to 01 day previous to the program.... 100 % of the total cost of the program.
Our clients are subject to a penalty for cancellation of services, which they will have to pay, if the reservation is cancelled 30 days before the from date of the program or reserved service.

5. Responsibility of Swissraft-Peru:

In the whole development of the trip we act as agents for the owners or contractors, offering means of transport or other tourist services, therefore we do not assume Responsibility in case of accidents, losses or latenesses with the tour for reasons of major force or other events that our responsibility does not compromise, specifically with relation to programs, schedules, injuries, diseases or other irregularities that could happen already be for negligence or omissions of the companies or persons who provide to us transport, housing or other services related to the accomplishment of the trip, equally for social disturbances or natural disasters.

The payments of deposits or transfers are paid by the client for sending to current account of the company to coordinate before.

8. Life Insurance / Doctor

Swissraft-Peru recommends to his clients to possess a personal medical assurance, trip, on having gone out of his country of his origin.
In case of emergency Swissraft - Perú was giving the necessary assistance to be attended in a local clinic (being the expenses caused, covered by the personal assurance and / or of trip of the client).
