In the whole development of the trip we act as agents for the owners or contractors, offering means of transport or other tourist services, therefore we do not assume Responsibility in case of accidents, losses or latenesses with the tour for reasons of major force or other events that our responsibility does not compromise, specifically with relation to programs, schedules, injuries, diseases or other irregularities that could happen already be for negligence or omissions of the companies or persons who provide to us transport, housing or other services related to the accomplishment of the trip, equally for social disturbances or natural disasters.
